He not only passes on his showjumping qualitities but he’s also renowned for breeding beautiful horses with a good rideability. Carla’s dam Siria is by Meredith Michaels Beerbaum’s former crack Quick Star who sired many good horses auch as Nick Skelton’s olympic gold mount Big Star (Rio 2016). In the third generation you’ll find Calato as sire of Carla’s granddam. This Calato has given Cöster, Christian Ahlmann’s first important championship partner. Gwen, Carla’s older full sister, has also shown great potential by winning age-appropriate classes as six-year-old in 2021. There’s a very successful half sister to Carla’s dam Siria called Karatina (by Quantum). French rider Penelope Leprevost has won international 1.50m-classes aboard her. Furthermore Carla’s granddam is the half sister to two licensed stallions, Lifestyle and Crelido. Crelido was placed at 1.60m level with Stein Endresen (NOR) and he has proven to be a good producer in the Danish breeding.
