The still young liscened Stallion Cullinan literally encourages daydreaming with his qualities. He perfectly harmonises rideability, consistency and a fighter’s mentality. His way of jumping is scopey and careful at the same time. If it’s about future wins in bigger classes in future, you need to have this Cullinan on your list. A rare diamond with the right potential for the upper level.
Cullinan’s sire, Cash and Carry, is by Hugo Simon’s former performer Cash out of a dam by Landgraf I. Although he only bred a few mares when he started his career in Holstein he could make a name for himself with many talented offsprings. His sons PSG Future (Pius Schwizer (CH), Martin Fuchs (CH), Max Kühner (AUT)), NKH Caruso (Christian Heineking) and Clipmyhorse Cash and Go (Simone Wettstein (CH)) are just three of even more 1.60m-perfomers. Due to this outstanding achievement Cash and Carry came back to Holstein later to enjoy his retirement. Cullinan is one the first sons out of Cash and Carry’s second crop. His dam Cappucina T is by Quintero that Rolf-Göran Bengtsson (SWE) rode in the biggest classes. As a breeding stallion Quintero went down in history as sire of Beezie Madden‘s World Cup-final winner Breitling LS (Paris 2018). Quintero is followed by another three stallion legends who had a big impact on the Holstein breeding, Calido I, Calando I and Cor de la Bryère. Cullinan’s damline, the Holstein family 162 has an excellent reputation all over the world. The double-olympic stallion Carthago Z (Jos Lansink (BEL)), Canturo (Bernado Alves (BRA)) or Cöster (Christian Ahlmann)) are famous representatives.
